WA PRODUCTION ATTRACTION INCENTIVE

The West Australian Production Attraction Incentive applies to high profile, market driven, footloose productions that are looking to film in Western Australia. The incentive funds a minimum of 10% of the project’s Qualifying West Australian Expenditure. Further discretionary funding could be considered for projects that contribute to the State’s growth objectives.

WA POST-PRODUCTION, DIGITAL & VISUAL EFFECTS INCENTIVE

Western Australia’s PDV Incentive offers 20% of Qualifying WA PDV Expenditure (QWAE) to projects using local post-production, digital and visual effects services, regardless of where they film. The final incentive amount is confirmed on delivery. Designed to grow business activity and skills for WA PDV companies, the incentive can also be combined with federal offsets, making WA an attractive and cost-effective destination for world-class PDV.
